Jairrah L Godsil
Jairrah is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. As an occupational therapist working in early childhood, acute care, feeding, and rehabilitation, she values the simplistic and complex nature of everyday tasks intertwined with human functioning, communication, and well-being.

Dr. Andrew Demo, MD
Dr. Demo is a board certified general pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He genuinely loves being a pediatrician and values the opportunity to educate patients and families. His philosophy as a pediatrician is to provide parents the perfect balance of guidance and reassurance to help children thrive on their journey towards becoming happy and healthy young adults. He is a husband, a father of two boys, and serves as a medical volunteer at a camp for children with cancer.

Mikayla Helsper
Dr. Mikayla is a neurologically focused chiropractor who specializes in prenatal and pediatric care. Her practice, Flourish, located in Lee’s Summit Missouri, was created to empower families with whole-person based care and unconditional support through their natural health journey. As a new mother herself, she has a passion for serving mothers through their birth and postpartum experiences.

Erin is passionate about educating mothers and empowering them to discover the best path of mothering for themselves, their babies, and their families.
