If you receive a product and feel the quality is less than expected, please send us an email below and we'll take care of you and determine whether you need a replacement. Please refer to our returns policy for details about what we do not accept for returns.


We fulfill orders within 2 business days and ship using the fastest, most cost effective carrier.  Our flat rate shipping costs $5.99 and takes 3-5 business days to deliver.   You will receive tracking for your order as soon as it ships.  We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00.


We want you to love your purchase, if you don't, return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus the cost of the return label. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and then reorder at your convenience. This will assure you get the exact product you'd like in a timely manner as we sell out of products often. Please use the link below to start your return.

Please note: we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been washed, worn or are in any other way not in like-new condition

  • Products that are missing their branded retail tag

  • Products purchased during a promotional period. Example: Black Friday

  • Products that were purchased from our outlet:
